Dennis Mwesiga is the Founding Partner and Director of Legal Affairs at Situs Attorneys at Law and a Partner at Springfield Africa, with decades of experience advising businesses, institutions, and multinational corporations across Tanzania and international markets.
He advises clients on corporate and commercial law, complex transactions, governance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters, combining legal precision with strategic judgment to help organizations manage risk and pursue growth with confidence.
Dennis is recognized for his practical approach, innovative problem-solving, and ability to navigate complex legal issues while keeping commercial objectives, compliance obligations, and long-term business interests clearly aligned.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania, and is a member of leading regional and international legal associations.

She advises multinational corporations, development organizations, government institutions, and private sector clients on organizational design, human capital strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, governance, performance management, and change management.
Georgina has led complex transformation programmes, organizational restructuring, competency framework development, and large-scale workforce initiatives, combining strategic advisory expertise with practical implementation to strengthen capability and deliver sustainable organizational performance.
She holds Executive Master's degrees in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Corporate Governance, an MBA, is a member of the Association of Business Executives (UK), and founded the Star of Hope Foundation in Tanzania.
